Yay!

OMG!!! Fantastic News! Our good friends, who moved to Calafornia four years ago, are coming up to visit for Thanksgiving! They have three kids, who we're really close to: Christopher, 11, Caitlyn, 8, and Cecily, who's 6. We have tons of fun. They get here Tuesday afternoon, but I have an orchestra concert, so we won't see them until Wednesday. They're staying with their grandma, who lives in the suburbs, so they'll be really close. Christopher was my best friend before he moved.

I have terrible luck with best friends. I was bestfriendless for two years, before I met a girl, Jasmin, and we became inseperable, we agreed on everything, and were always making up games and stories. Then she moved to Connecticut last December, and then they moved again to Louisiana in October. The sad thing is, nobody really remembers her anymore at our school. It's like she was forgotten entirely.

My school is sort of different, to be frank. For the first thing, there aren't many girls, just Maddy, Maddie, June, Lanie, Avery, Emily, and Patsy. There are so many boys! Austin, Hunter, Clay, Stevenson, Mark, Matt, Oliver, Derek, Garik, Luke, Sam, Jonathon, Graham, Bradley, Gabe, and Kalob. And then, we have all these special classes: Archaeology, Earth Science, Pottery, Drama, The Legal System, and Game Design.

Oh! In drama, we're doing Romeo and Juliet! And I'm Juliet! I AM PSYCHED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GTG! I'll post later. Natasha

So much to do....So little time......

Hey! Sorry I haven't posted in a while- I have been totally swamped. I had tons of homework, an orchestra retreat, two birthday parties, a horse show, and choir practice. Whew ! I'm still so tired.

But at the horse show, we went first! I jumped on Gabrielle, a five yo Arabian mare, who I ride at my stable. We went so fast, and she jumped perfectly, it was like she was reading my mind! She is an absolute angel, and so gentle. At the stable, her best friend is a little Shetland pony named Willow, who is a shaggy little brown pony leased by a six-year old named Olivia. At pasture, they always eat together, and groom each other. It's so sweet! Gabby's picture is on my profile.

Introduction to me

Hey! My name is Natasha King, and I'm eleven years old. I live in Seattle, which is the main city of the state of Washington. My dad is a marine biologist and he travels a lot. When he takes my stepmom are on a long trip, I mostly stay with my aunt in Portland, but I wish I could travel with them. I stay sometimes with my grandma, too - she lives in Olympia. I have an older sister, Nicole, who is in college at the UW. She's nineteen, and is majoring in marine sciences. She wants to be a dolphin researcher, or work at an aquarium. She and I look alot alike: blond curly-ish hair, gray-blue eyes, long black eyelashes, but that's about where the similarities end. She is pretty tall, and I'm relatively short, she's practical and I'm very imaginitive, she loves snowboarding, and I hate it. I like ice skating and sledding better. I ski, though, when we go up to Canada every year for New Year's.

I love to swim, and play soccer, and horseback ride. I'm a really good rider. I play violin, too. I'm on Haydn's second violin concerto in G major.
